We have tried to keep our prices as competitive as possible but due to rising costs of fuel, insurance, advertising and general costs we have had to increase our tariff. We are still better value than many competitors, we DO NOT charge for food, initial consultation, or registration fee. These prices are effective from 1st November 2011.

Housesitting and Petsitting

House sitting and Pet sitting includes one dog walk per day which will generally last 45 minutes but can be tailored to your needs. We supply our own food so there is no extra charge for this. These prices are based on up to 2 dogs or 2 cats. Please contact us for a bespoke quote tailored to your own specific needs.

Chickens, Ducks, Geese and other outdoor birds as above with supplement of £3.00 per day. Other animals, price on application. All prices can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

Weekends are charged at £47.00 per calendar day if not part of a sit of 3 days or longer.

Bank Holidays are subject to a 50% surcharge if not part of a sit of 6 days or longer.

A deposit of 20% is required on all bookings, at the time of booking, to ensure your reservation.

General housekeeping will be performed, however please ensure you leave a supply of washing up liquid, cleaning fluids normally used, cloths and kitchen towel. If we are to light fires please leave dry newspaper, kindling and logs or coal sufficient to last the duration of your break.

Dog, Cat and Small Animal Visiting and Feeding

Prices can be discussed due to frequency of visits and distance travelled. Services will be discussed at initial consultation.

Dog Walking

Please note, if you require us to drive your dogs to your preferred walking area, we will have to charge mileage for this at 35p per mile. Please ensure you supply enough towels or blankets to dry dogs.

Walks will generally last 45 minutes but can be tailored to your needs.

Travel Expenses

Fuel is charged at 38p per mile From door to door. We would charge for a round trip for each visit, stays of up to 4 days would incur a cost of one round trip. A week long stay would incur 2 round trips as we will need to go home at least once a week to check post and messages. To find out the full mileage we normally use Google Maps. Please type in our Postcode – SP7 0QJ then your Postcode and it will give you a guide as to how many miles are involved.

Extras

Spring Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Painting and Decorating, Lawnmowing, Weeding, Hedge Cutting, General Oddjobs, and Maintenance

All charged at £10 per hour with you to supply the materials. We will carry out routine maintenance around your home while we are there, leaving your home as we find it.

We can do a light shop for your return, the essentials such as bread, milk and the like for £5 plus the cost of the items. Just leave us a list and your preferred supermarket or local shop.
