How long will the house sitters be in your home?

We will live in your house for the duration of the assignment.Times will be arranged at the initial consultation. We are aware that the security of the house and the care of animals and plants are in our hands and will organise our time accordingly. We would be on the premises most of the time.

Will you be contacted in an Emergency?

Yes we will contact you in the event of emergency or accident. In the event of needing veterinary help, we would take the pet to your own Vet which will be arranged with you before your departure.

Will the House sitters clean your home?

We will leave your home as we find it. We will do light household chores and keep the place clean in your absence. If you require any further work this can be discussed with us. This could be a good time to have a new coat of paint! If you have any special requirements please call us and we will be happy to oblige.

What extra services can you provide?

For a small fee we can do many tasks while you are away. For example cut the grass, Clean windows, painting and decorating, general odd jobs, shopping for your return - ask and we shall do it!

Will your pets be exercised properly

Yes, we will treat your pets as if they were our own. We realise your pet has a routine and will adhere as closely to this routine as possible. We are animal lovers so rest assured their care and wellbeing is our main concern

What will happen at the initial consultation?

We will come to your home and meet you and your pets. We will go through all of the services with you and give you a welcome pack with lists to fill in for us, such as times of day the pets are fed, exercised, what their routines are etc. This consultation is free.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Dorset Somerset and Wiltshire but will travel further afield on request. We have had sitting jobs in Eastbourne, East Sussex, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, Eastleigh in Hampshire and Glastonbury, North Somerset, Salisbury, Wilthsire

What do you charge for these services?

Please call us if you have any queries, or if anything is unclear. Please note, due to the rural areas we operate in, we frequently have no signal on our mobile phones, so please email us whenever possible. We will always try to return your calls or enquiries as soon as possible.
